  1-,Energy saving and environmental protection

The full-hydraulic electro-hydraulic hammer is more than 80-90% energy-saving than the steam-air dual-purpose hammer, which has become the consensus of the industry. There is no need for a boiler, which eliminates the pollution of smoke and dust to the environment and improves the working environment of workers. Therefore, the electro-hydraulic hammer is an environmentally friendly product and a substitute for the steam hammer.

2. Easy to operate, labor-saving, flexible and reliable

The operating system is simple, and the actions required by the forging process such as strike, return, slow up, slow down, emergency stop, and pendent hammer can be realized by hand or foot operation alone. It is similar to the operation of the steam hammer, but it is less labor-intensive than the steam hammer ,flexible.

3. The system works stably and is equipped with complete safety insurance devices

• The hydraulic system adopts a constant pressure source composed of motor pump unit, electric control unloading valve and accumulator. The oil level control element Hall switch is installed on the top of the accumulator, which replaces the electrode point pressure gauge or pressure relay, eliminating the need for energy storage. The device hits the top and the high pressure overflow generates heat, which effectively controls the temperature rise of the system. It can meet the 24-hour continuous operation in high temperature season.

• During continuous operation, the hydraulic station is equipped with an external circulation cooling system, through the plate heat exchanger, the heat of the oil is transferred to the cooling water, so that the oil temperature is controlled. When the oil temperature reaches 55 degrees, the system will automatically alarm and stop at 60 degrees to protect the system components.

•The oil suction port of each oil pump is equipped with an oil filter with differential pressure relay. When the oil filter is blocked, the system will send out an alarm. If the filter element is not cleaned in time, the system will stop forcibly to protect the safe use of the oil pump.

• There is a safety valve to prevent the adverse effect on the system caused by the pressure rise when the hammer is quickly retracted.

•The top of the master cylinder has a buffer cylinder with anti-collision roof.

•The oil tank is equipped with an oil level controller to maintain a certain amount of oil in the oil tank to prevent the oil pump from being sucked and a large amount of oil loss.

• For alpine regions, there is an electric heater on the fuel tank.

•The pressure gauge is installed on the gauge base, which is suspended on the pipeline support by springs, which effectively reduces the impact of vibration on the gauge and greatly improves the life of the pressure gauge.

4. Special structure, more reasonable and safer

• Both the hammer head and the fuselage adopt "X" type guide rails, which can effectively improve the guiding accuracy. Thereby improving the life of the hammer rod and the precision of forgings.

• All the connecting beams are designed without pipelines, and the main cylinder body is an integral steel casting, which can greatly improve the service life of the connecting beams.

•The free forging and die forging electro-hydraulic hammer body, bottom plate and anvil are all made of cast steel, which can ensure sufficient strength and service life.

•The hammer rod is integrated with the piston, the surface of the piston is welded with copper, and the surface of the hammer rod adopts rolling process, with a roughness of 0.4...

• There are two types of installation positions for oil tank and motor: horizontal auxiliary type and double-layer type for users to choose. (choose according to the factory area)

• There are two types of piston and hammer rod sealing rings, domestic and imported, for users to choose.
